Do I need to know exactly what I want?
No. Many projects begin with a problem, not a specification. Discovery is how we turn the problem into a plan.
What is an MVP?
A minimum viable product: a focused first version that solves the most important problem so you can start using it and learn what to improve.
Who owns the software?
This is agreed in the written scope before work begins. Please ask us about it on the intro call.
Can you work with the tools we already use?
Often, yes. Automation and integration work is about connecting what you have, and we will tell you plainly if something is not a good fit.
What happens after launch?
We hand over with documentation. A care plan is optional and covers updates, fixes and small improvements.
Are Full CDMO, PM Lite and Perfect Proposals only for CDMOs?
The first two are built for CDMO work. Perfect Proposals is also suitable for any small business that sends proposals.
Can you place consultants with our firm?
Yes. Tell us the skills, timeline and environment, and we will recommend consultants who fit. Terms are agreed in writing before anyone starts.
Can you take on a defined piece of our project?
Yes. We can deliver a defined scope for an agreed schedule and price, or provide extra capacity alongside your team.
Do you build for businesses outside CDMO?
Yes. Our client portal and custom builds are designed to be reused across industries.
